The Oberoi New Delhi

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Oberoi, New Delhi, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the quality of service was exceptional. Without even asking, I was immediately offered a fantastic room upgrade, setting the tone for a truly memorable stay. Every detail throughout the hotel reflected impeccable care and attention, making me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous, offering a wide variety of delicious, high-quality options. I also appreciated the flexibility of a delayed check-out, which was handled smoothly and made my departure stress-free. A special mention goes to Yash, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my entire stay. His efficiency, professionalism, and genuine care for guests’ needs truly made a difference and elevated the overall experience even further. Of course, The Oberoi is not a budget option — but if you have the means, it should be your first choice when visiting New Delhi. It’s truly worth every penny.

It's a very modern and clean hotel. The 'welcome' ritual was a nice surprise. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Concierge arranged Delhi day tour at very short notice. Driver and car were waiting for us in less than 30 minutes. Our driver, Rajveer was a Driver-and-Guide (2-in-1) who gave us background information about the places we visited. The Premium Room is of a generous size to accommodate 2 people very comfortably; and nicely decorated. We have tried the multiple restaurants at this hotel and they are all very good. Don't miss out on The Oberoi Patisserie for the nice pastries. Our transfer to and from Haridwar was also arranged by the helpful Concierge for a seamless travel. Highly recommend this hotel.

We’ve had an exceptional experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived at the airport we received a friendly welcome and our driver was formidable making sure we were comfortable during the ride. At the hotel we were nicely greeted by the staff and we were very pleased to have been able to check in at our room. We had a very nice experience at the Resident’s lounge and we were very well looked after at the 360 Restaurant where we had a lovely dinner. The restaurant manager Pherna and her team went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Breakfast was incredible and the best we’ve ever had. Pherna’s team again looked after us amazingly well and I also would like to mention the chefs that were making sure every food available was of the best quality. A special thank you to Chandrani who was so attentive and kind assisting me with great recommendations and even went as far as explaining to me me the recipes of some of the fantastic dishes which I can’t wait to try and replicate at home and I will for sure remember the great time we had at the Oberoi New Delhi.

Every minute of my stay at this hotel was very smooth and comfortable having travelled the world and stayed at many hotels i will say this hotel was impeccable in every respect. I look forward to seeing them again in September this year keep up the good work guys.
